Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, used skincare, haircare, or topical products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Opened or used beauty and personal care products

• Custom or special order items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you have received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us at support@keepinglusty.com within 5 days of receipt. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund.

How to Request a Return

1. Please email us at support@keepinglusty.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking Fee

• A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

• The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any applicable fees).

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
